Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Smarto for your transportation needs. We always aim to give top-notch service to all our customers. But hey, we get it – sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you might need a refund. That’s cool, we’re here to help with that too. Please review our refund policy below:

Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations made before 1hr of pick-up or drop-off service.
  • Overcharges or billing errors.
  • Unsatisfactory service experience due to factors within our control.


Refund Process

  • To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team via phone or email and provide details of the trip, including the date, time, and reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review the request and will proceed accordingly.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Refund will be initiated in 3-5 working days.
  • Refund will be credited to respective bank account in 7-10 working days.


Non-refundable situations

  • Cancellations made within 1hr of your scheduled pickup or drop-off  time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • If our driver has already reached your location and you cancel the ride, then also you’ll be subjected to pay cancellation fee.
